🚫 No Refund Policy
• All payments for items purchased, services, and deposits are non-refundable.
• If you are unsatisfied with your service or item, please let us know before leaving the appointment or once item is received so we can address any concerns.
• Any issues reported after the appointment may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but refunds will not be issued.
📦 Processing & Shipping Policy
•Press-On Nails
All press-on nail sets are handmade with care. Please allow up to 1 week for processing before your order is shipped.
•Other Products
Due to our shipping location, please expect 2–3 weeks for delivery on all other products. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business!
✨ Appointments
• All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time. If more than 20 minutes late, without proper communication, your appointment will be considered a no show.
• New clients may be asked to complete a brief intake form to ensure the best service experience.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
💳 Payments
• Deposit of service is required for appointment to be accepted.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments (e.g., Cash App, Zelle, etc.—list your accepted methods).
• All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
• Tips are appreciated but not required and can be given in cash or electronically.
🧼 Health & Safety
• Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have had a recent illness.
• For hygiene and safety, no additional guests are allowed unless receiving services.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
💁🏽 Client Conduct
• We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and relaxing environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies.
📸 Photos & Social Media
• We may ask to take photos of your finished look for social media (with your permission).
